Do you service areas outside Jacksonville?
No…Duval County only.
Do you give pricing over the phone?
Often we can give a range. Final pricing depends on conditions we can see.
What happens during a service call?
We diagnose the issue, explain the fix, and agree on scope before work starts.
Do you do new construction?
Yes – residential and commercial new construction plumbing.
Do you handle commercial plumbing?
Yes – maintenance, upgrades, and tenant build outs.
Why are prices shown as ranges?
Access and conditions vary. Ranges set expectations without guessing.
Do you take emergency calls?
Yes, unless no one is available. Rates are higher after 5pm and on weekends or holidays. True emergencies only…clogs or leaks causing damage.
How soon can you schedule?
Just give us a call and we can make it work for you.
What water pipe should I use?
Copper is the best but most expensive and labor intensive. PEX is cost effective and fast. CPVC is code compliant. I have gold pipes in my own house.
What sewer pipe should I use?
Almost always PVC. Cast iron is quieter in a multi story home if you are concerned about noise.
Tank or tankless water heater?
Tankless units are great if you have natural or propane gas. Gas allows a more powerful system. Electric tankless cannot handle as much GPM and typically require an electrical upgrade. Tanks are solid and reliable. My personal preference is a tank with a recirculation system.
